How Beer Is Made

Beers Brewing

The top selling flagship, Crow Valley bitter (OG 1042, ABV 4.2), a gentle hop and malt aroma is followed by a crisp clean mix of malt, hop and fruit flavours. Moderate bitterness builds, leaving a lasting finish, a nicely balanced 4.2% alcohol by volume beer with a strong local following. (Also available in bottles).
Double Hop (OG 1039, ABV 4%), for those who prefer a little bitterness in their glass
Crow Valley Stout (OG 1054, ABV 4.2%). Also known as Deryn Du
Four Seasons (OG 1048, ABV 4.8%), a strong bitter with some fruitiness
The Full Malty (OG 1050, ABV 4.8%), aptly named and full bodied.
VC (ABV 3.8%), commissioned especially for the Wetherspoon pub ‘the John Fielding’ in Cwmbran town centre
Golden Wheat (ABV 4.5%)
Drayman’s Bitter (ABV 3.5%)
Drayman’s Choice (OG 1038, ABV 3.8%). A pale brown mild with a balance of malt & sweetness giving way to a gentle bitterness in the finish. A faint fruit and hop presence throughout.
Drayman’s Gold (ABV 3.8%). A light refreshing brew
Blackcurrant Stout (ABV 4%)
Easter Bunny (ABV 4.5%). Light and “hoppy”.
Santa’s Tipple (ABV 5%). Full bodied festive
Pink Panther (ABV 4.5%)
